The SmallRig HDMI and USB-C Cable Clamp for Canon EOS R5 C/R5/R6/R6 Mark II Cage attaches to the side of the cage with two M3 screws. The cables are secured with easy-to-grasp knurled 1/4"-20 screws. To accommodate varying diameters of cables you will find screws to adjust a sliding block.
